AI Agent Development

AI Agent Development Services for B2B SaaS Teams.

Most agent projects stall between demo and production. CyberCore builds production AI agents at a fixed price, in 2–4 weeks for most scopes. You know the price before we start, and you own everything we ship.

What we mean by an AI agent (and what we don't)

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to decide what to do next — look something up, call an API, update a record, ask a human — and then does it, inside guardrails you set. A chatbot answers questions; an agent finishes tasks. If all you need is a smarter FAQ, an off-the-shelf tool will do. If you need something that reads a ticket, checks the order, issues a refund under a threshold and escalates the rest with a summary, that's an agent. More in AI Agents Explained and AI Agents vs Chatbots.

Four kinds of production agents.

Build 01

Support & ticket-triage agents

Classify, enrich and resolve inbound tickets across your help desk, order system and knowledge base — handing off to a human with full context when they shouldn't act alone. See the teardown: What 78% ticket deflection looks like.

Build 02

Internal knowledge & research agents

Agents grounded in your documents, contracts, tickets and wikis using RAG, so answers come with sources your team can check.

Build 03

Ops & back-office agents

Agents that move data between systems, reconcile records, chase missing information and prepare reports.

Build 04

In-product agents for your customers

Agent features inside your own SaaS product — writing assistants, setup copilots, workflow builders — shipped behind your auth, rate limits and analytics.

How a fixed-price agent build works.

No hourly billing. Hourly pricing rewards scope creep; a fixed price forces both sides to agree what “done” means.

Week 0 · Free

Scoping

A call with the founder, then a short written scope: the one workflow the agent will own, the systems it touches, what it may and may not do alone, how success is measured, and a fixed price. If an agent isn't the right fit, we say so on the call.

Weeks 1–2

Build

We build against your real data and systems in a sandbox, with a working version you can try by the end of week one. Tool calls, permissions and human-in-the-loop steps are designed in from day one.

Weeks 3–4

Evaluation & hand-over

The agent is tested against a set built from your historical cases, with pass thresholds agreed up front. Then we deploy, monitor first live traffic together, and hand over code, prompts, evaluation suite and runbook, plus a team training session. 30-day post-launch support included.

Our stack is vendor-agnostic.

We pick the model and framework per job. Typical builds use Claude, GPT or Gemini models; orchestration with LangGraph or a lightweight custom loop; vector search in Postgres/pgvector or a managed vector store; and deployment into your own cloud account so data stays with you. Unsure which model to build on? Start with Claude vs ChatGPT vs Gemini for AI agents. Related services: RAG consulting and development and Claude and OpenAI API integration. Results from recent agent builds.

  • E-commerce support triage agent: 78% of tickets auto-resolved; response time down from 4.1 hours to 8 minutes across 1,000+ daily tickets.
  • Embedded AI writing assistant for a B2B SaaS product: 3.2× feature adoption versus baseline, in production in 2 weeks.
  • Internal legal knowledge base with AI search: 65% reduction in research time, fully deployed in 4 weeks.
  • AI candidate screening agent: 82% reduction in initial screening time, handling 400+ applications per role.

Is a custom agent right for you?

Not always. Buy an off-the-shelf tool if your workflow is standard, lives inside one SaaS product, and that vendor already ships an agent for it. Build a custom agent when the workflow crosses several of your systems, depends on your own data or business rules, or is part of the product you sell. Most of our clients land in the second group — which is why the first thing we do is check whether you actually need us. For larger multi-integration systems see AI Build (8–12 weeks).

Common questions.

How much does AI agent development cost?

Every CyberCore agent build is quoted as a fixed price after a free scoping call, based on the number of systems the agent touches, how much it is allowed to do on its own, and the evaluation required. You know the full price before any work starts.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

Most single-workflow agents go from scope to production in 2–4 weeks. Agents that touch many systems or need regulated-data controls can take longer; the timeline is agreed in the written scope before you commit.

Which AI models and frameworks do you use?

We are vendor-agnostic. We typically build on Claude, GPT or Gemini models, orchestrated with LangGraph or a lightweight custom loop, and choose per use case based on accuracy, latency, cost and data-residency needs.

Who owns the code and prompts?

You do. We hand over the code, prompts, evaluation suite and documentation, deployed in your own infrastructure.

Do you work with companies in the US, UK, EU and Australia?

Yes. We work remotely with B2B teams across the US, UK, EU and Australia and plan meeting overlap into every engagement.

How do you stop an agent from making mistakes in production?

Every agent ships with explicit permissions, human-approval steps for high-impact actions, an evaluation suite built from your historical cases, and logging so every decision can be reviewed.
